This paper presents the methodology used to conduct a study encompassing film piracy in Turkey and North Cyprus. The methodology used to collect the data to test the effectiveness of the law in the circumstances of the film piracy in Turkey and Cyprus. Resources that will be required to complete the data collection for this study are presented as well.
