This undergraduate level paper is a reaction to Friedrich Schuler's "Mexico between Hitler and Roosevelt". It summarizes the work and critiques the author's style. It concludes that while the book provides a great deal of information about Mexico's role in the world political and economic situation during the 1930's, it also fails to back up some key data and to fully recognize the breadth of the Mexican situation during the time. 5 pgs.
