Mexico's Economic Development and Its Status in the World Economy.
Mexico is classified as an upper-middle-income economy by the World Bank, and though it is a member of NAFTA, it is still marked with the indelible scar of a developing economy. So, while some successes have seemingly been made, evidenced most prominently by Mexico's participation in NAFTA, there is still a long way to go.
