"Internationalization and The Third World Food Crisis".
This article describes steps that were taken during the first Development Decades to follow World War II and shows the results of 'modernization' theory with regard to agriculture in Latin America. The United States' 'technology/policy' model has had a great influence all through the world but resulted in food insecurity for many thousands of people.
