Fishing Industry on the Eastern Coast of the United States

This paper shall analyze the fishing industry, which has evolved into a multi-billion dollar industry on the East Coast of the United States. Discussion will be had on the type and quantity of fish harvested per state, as well as the challenges the industry faces. By analyzing the industry, the fish it relies upon, the economic impacts and the environmental impacts, one can better understand how it affects one of the major regions in the world that participates in this industry, the Eastern coast of the United States.
